We're building the infrastructure for continuous learning in an Al-driven world. We create corporate learning experiences fueled by the natural motivation to play.
Uniplay. Born in the crossroads of games and learning.

Linus Blomberg has spent decades building worlds people want to return to. As the founder of Avalanche Studios, he learned that engagement is never accidental. It’s designed, through challenge, feedback, rewards, and a sense of progress. Without that, even the best content falls flat.

Eric Francia came from the opposite direction. As a serial entrepreneur and advisor, he saw how critical learning was to scaling companies – and how little it actually worked in practice. Platforms existed. Content existed. Motivation didn’t.
From different angles, they saw the same problem: Workplace learning (or any learning really) was treated as something to complete, not something to experience. So they asked a different question: What if learning worked the way great games do?
Not superficial gamification. Not points on top of PDFs. But real game design, powered by AI, built for continuous learning, where people stay engaged, improve over time, and actually want to come back.
That question became Uniplay.

People don’t learn by clicking complete. They learn when they’re engaged. The same way people used to study but the true knowledge came with experience.
As AI reshapes how we work, learning can’t be something you finish. It has to be continuous – woven into everyday work, curiosity, and progress. That’s the belief behind Uniplay. We turn knowledge into play. Not to entertain for the sake of it, but because play is a key to how humans stay motivated, remember more, and keep improving over time. When learning feels like a game, people come back. When they come back, learning compounds.
Uniplay is built for a world where skills decay faster, roles change constantly, and static training makes less and less sense. A world where learning isn’t an event – it’s a habit. And where learning isn’t a mandatory checkbox, but something you actually want.
Our role is simple: To keep learning alive. To make progress feel rewarding. To prove that fun isn’t a distraction from performance, it’s what sustains it. Game on.
